This Internet-based Child Care Licensing System (CCLS) maintains and tracks data on all Licensed and Registered providers as well as all Legally Licensed Exempt Providers (aka Family, Friends, and Neighbors) certified to accept CCDF children. In addition, it is designed to manage inspections and complaints according to individual states’ program and legislative rules. CCLS is designed in such a way as to easily integrate with other systems to assure that licensing staff have the most current information while conducting inspections. CCLS can act as the stand-alone licensing system, or become the central licensing system to an integrated solution that seamlessly connects with the Automated Intake System, Quality Rating Systems (QRS), Wireless Webforms Mobile Inspection Software, State Fire Marshal, or public information web sites. CCLS supports role-based security so users only see screens and data they are authorized to view. The built-in TCC report builder is friendly to use and allows the creation, printing and exporting of report data.
